John DiPalo is the Broker/Owner of Florida Tropics Realty (f.k.a. Weichert, Realtors® – Florida Tropics) and the lead instructor at John DiPalo School of Real Estate in Spring Hill, Florida. With more than two decades of hands-on experience in the Florida real estate industry, John is dedicated to helping his agents and students launch and grow successful careers while also maintaining his own listings and sales. 

After receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Coast Guard, John joined his family’s real estate business in 2001. He became a licensed Florida REALTOR® in 2002, earned his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in 2004, and obtained his Florida Real Estate School Instructor License in 2017.

As a second-generation Broker and experienced educator, his extensive background includes listing, marketing, negotiating, and selling residential properties, vacant land, and commercial real estate throughout Florida. His industry expertise, commitment to helping others succeed, and practical teaching style makes him a leading broker in the community.

John earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rasmussen College in 2010 and an MBA from Benedictine University in 2012. He also holds numerous respected real estate designations, including Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX). He is also a Florida Notary Public and has been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for many consecutive years.

John has been married to his wife and technical support manager, Julie since 2004. Their son, Cole is currently enrolled at USF, majoring in the Biomedical Engineering program.
