Florida Tropics Realty, Inc. was established in 1990, and has always been a family owned and operated real estate company. We have lived locally for over three and a half decades and are proud to be a part of our community.

We have an extensive knowledge of the Florida real estate industry, and a solid reputation for honesty, integrity, and trust. Our Broker, John R. DiPalo has over 20 years of experience, is a state-licensed real estate instructor, a United States Coast Guard veteran, and he grew up around real estate in this area since his father, Richard DiPalo opened the company. 

We are not a typical 9-5 real estate brokerage. Our associates are full-time, dedicated Realtors – offering services tailored to meet your specific real estate needs. Each of our agents has their own specialty so we can assist in any way possible, including new construction, mobile home properties, waterfront, and vacant land, to name a few – and Spanish-speaking too! Several of our agents are Multi-Million Dollar Producers for multiple years running.
