Florida Tropics Realty, Inc. was established in 1990, and has always been a family owned and operated real estate company. We have lived locally for over three decades and are proud to be a part of our community.We have an extensive knowledge of the Florida real estate industry, and a solid reputation for honesty, integrity, and trust. Our Broker/Owner, John R. DiPalo has over 25 years of experience, is a state-licensed real estate instructor, and a United States Coast Guard veteran. Chris DiPalo, our VP Operations has been licensed since 2007, with previous experience in the home and property insurance industry. They both grew up around real estate in Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus Counties since their father, Richard DiPalo opened the company.

We are not a typical 9-5 real estate brokerage. Our associates are dedicated Realtors® – offering services tailored to meet your specific real estate needs.
